Why am I not buying in to EPM? Because I think there is something potentially menacing in that contract with Cerium back in January.
If Cerium takes over EPM, which seems unavoidable given the EPM shares that Cerium is yet to receive (let alone the cash) then how do we know that EPM's shareholders will benefit from the takeover price? EPM's coffers will be depleted and its shares diluted.
So it seems too risky for me to take a bet on EPM. I am already taking a bet on GGG recovering, and to bet on a second company in Greenland is not to my liking.
This opinion doesn't mean that I wish the worst on EPM, anymore than you wish the worst on GGG.
