I agree with o24v. this is just for the sp over the next couple of weeks until the offer is closed. I believe the sp will increase multiples over the following weeks and months.

I remember Tony at one of the webinars complaining about, when are the directors getting performance shares? we were promised performance shares! all long term holders should remember it !!!

most s/holders said to look at the chart over the last few years. when we get performance that benefits us, directors will get their shares. unfortunately the chart still stinks for long term holders, so these 2 have to get shares some other way.

well here is the chance for directors to get their cheap shares. don't get paid and then get shares in lieu of payment. they did this last time. I bet they get their shares at the same price as the raise. and thinking there could be good announcements beforehand, Paul said in the last webinar that one of the reasons for not setting a price and using the VWAP, was that if the sp fell below this price there probably wouldn't be the $3m uptake. doesn't instil confidence in news coming beforehand IMO.

yes Tony and Steve will get paid in shares and then probably buy their $30k worth and add a substantial amount of shares to their portfolio.

i'm using the history of these two and I'm planning to follow suit.
