The 'glass half-full' hypothesis is that BGA management is running (and optimising) the merged businesses, given they said 'it'd take three years for the Lion Dairy and Drinks acquisition to bed down.
And there's other matters such as how Saputo has been losing dairyfarmers to others in Victoria's productive Western District, with BGA at Koroit a probable beneficiary.
I don't expect running commentary from companies unless there are 'material' matters emerging.
