contracted now? absolutely not
the reason is twofold
first - the PEs don't have the cash, that's why they're founding the consortium, passing the hat around and etc. etc.
second - the Koreans are starting to turn the screw on the deal, we've already gone from 20% of Dubbo only, to 10% of Dubbo, 10% of ASM and 30% of the korean plant.
a chaebol is going to end up putting money into this, and they don't throw cash around that easily, especially in areas they have little expertise in, such as mining
everything I have heard on this deal is that it will 100% be happening, that's why I'm extremely happy holding, but the terms will continue to be negotiated, and not in ASM's favour overall
