Even if it does go to 3.4c being around 17% up from last close, that's still a long way from 4.6c as was traded around a month ago and an even more depressive rising helium balloon away from prices traded back in February. Hopefully the announcement once released will arrest further sp declines - currently the only thing that is going up is the losses in that department.
