I can also demonstrate the tender of equipment has been rescheduled numerous times, why? The tender of very expensive, long lead time equipment is based upon a payment schedue and payment schedules are determined by the forecast of financial capability.The equipment, construction and $10m are all interconnected..
Anyway, going to do something else for awhile.My number one concern will remain.. Management.
