The SP continues its downward spiral without even the slightest whimper from the DTC Board or Exec. Nothing unusual for this company as we all know, as one thing that DTC has been consistent with is the lack of communication, promotion or awareness of what’s happening.

Unbelievably the PE multiple is now less than 1 which would be a total embarrassment and disgrace for any self respecting CEO. IMO its time for Christian to help the board out with what should not be such a difficult step or decision. This is a great little business that can rebound quickly, but sadly remains in desperate need of a professional and capable CEO leading the charge.
