I just went and had a look at the OZL / HAV deal.

May 17 (Reuters) - Havilah Resources Ltd (HAV) :

• OZ MINERALS LTD - ANNOUNCES OPTION TO ACQUIRE KALKAROO COPPER PROJECT IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA
• OZ MINERALS - TERMS SHEET PROVIDES CO OPTION TO ACQUIRE 100 PER CENT OF THE KALKAROO PROJECT FOR A$205 MILLION.
• OZ MINERALS - HAVILAH BOARD UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDED HAVILAH SHAREHOLDERS VOTE IN FAVOUR OF KALKAROO TRANSACTION
• Subject to exercise of the option, and achievement of certain milestones, additional contingency payments
  potentially amounting to $200 million may be payable to Havilah, meaning that up to $405 million could be realised for the Kalkaroo project over time.

This certainly puts us at $1 / share for Nifty alone, and we are a near term producer (with very near term finance)
