CXO is a great company, but most explorers have ground around them, Still I think the valuation is out of balance.. Time will tell. Ultimately the WA resources will shine as most other locations don't hack it. To build a mine you need many pieces of the puzzle falling in place. One piece is missing and it sets you back years and years.. CXO this year in production, LTR 18 months later.
