Yeah all of their facilities do - see below. Pretty sure it's referring to the same general certificate of registration. I think it is just a recognition that it meets certain basic standards.
Yes, they tried and failed with the company Munchkin to get an infant formula product into US Market. Though it was never really established what the obstacle was or whether it was an issue from Synlait or Munchkin. The process was just abanadoned.
