When you say Dathcom received the mining licence what is your exact translation/interpretation of that? as in we have the decree that it will be awarded but we havent been told that we have the ML in hand yet, last we heard is they will calculate surface rights then we'll pay it and obtain the licence. Do you think the way it was worded could loosely be interpreted as we have the decree granted to get it?
