Yes and they are. It doesn't mean you can say *literally* anything you want as many times as you want. That's where we are in society you tell me one other part of the world where "free speech" or "liberty" translates to "say literally anything you want with 0 consequence no matter what you say, even if its false, if its true, whatever it doesn't matter, free speech".
