    Seems fair for existing holders but someone cant add up.
    A 1 for 1 placement on 820mil shares (after sophs added) is 820mil options but the option price is .002 therefore raising $1.64mil
    So is it a 1 for 2 or .001 cost cant be both

    Good thing she's a great Geologist
