I have been accumulating these things for close to a year now...lowest price paid: 1.3c for shares and .003c for the options.
My outlook goes beyond the next 5 minutes, so time is not really an issue for me...other than for trading purposes of course.
When NDO turns, it's usually pretty quick and without warning, so waiting for a clear indication doesn't always allow you to pick up a decent sized holding at the depressed prices.
Try to buy a few million options or shares now and see what you end up paying!
