No, AVL went to 10c on the expectation of 'hit it out of the park' DFS results (aided by massive pump that always accompanies the lead up to a DFS announcement). Then the DFS was less than stellar and the SP tumbled - not because instos wanted in on the cheap for the CR; the DFS was average (according to the market, not according to me btw). The govt grant is conditional so not sure way people have assumed this is a laydown misere.
