Actually thank you for taking the time to reply. I did not realise there are two prongs to this (I'm quite new). I thought the highest price you can reach would be when a discovery is made because that's when the hype and the expectation is at its highest and typically when the price flies, then it goes down back to earth. But you are saying the real value is after.
