Hmmmm. What aspect of the company are you concerned about?
They are close to break even in their current operation. Had money in the bank and have done a cap raise (apx half of which came from the management). Discussions in an "Unsolicited approach" will always be confidential until there is something concrete that can be reported.
I hear you on the "Commercial acumen" part. You only have to look at a company presentation to know that these are marketing people, not business managers.
I think that what they know that we dont is the appetite for their product that they are seeing from their counterparts. If that wasnt there, I dont think they would be stumping up their own money.
With potential corporate action, part or whole sale of the business, break even operations and a steep growth trajectory predicted by the (heavily invested) management, plus money in the bank. I think this is about as exciting as the speculative investment end of the market gets.
Just imo. Lets hope I am right.
