jman0076, I understand your point and with 20/20 vision one might say it seems obvious.
On the other side though, nobody had their arms twisted to buy shares.
I lost over $1m prior to OBM ( mostly EGS ) and knowing that and the substantially unsuccessful past I still went into OBM, I'm now down another $400k ( if it were to fail )
To suggest that it's anyones fault but mine is absurd, I would find it at best embarrassing and at worst naive to even consider joining a class action because I as a shareholder lost money.
