Referring back to your wonderful spreadsheet you supplied a while back with regards to potential LTR dividends.
I note that FMG has payed dividends (2022) that will increase the avg$/share to ~ 67c which is up from your original of 48c comparison to LTR ~44c.
Just curious as to whether the above would increase your years 1-6 from 8c to ~25 or if it impacts the dividends elsewhere in the spreadsheet?
Either way its certainly very compelling if they are looking to be the next FMG
