It's good to recognise our foibles. Times have changed thank heavens, which helped you, to help your son. Stigmas almost gone, hard as a child if not picked up. Our brains are all wired differently.
I really relate to your comment about being fidgety etc. I spent many of my primary school under the teachers desk, in the naughty corner, because I was bored, daydreamed. I am sure I have had asbergers, adhd my whole life, undiagnosed until a few years ago. Knowledge and self acceptance is power. Am 60 in 12 days. Gotta get my head around that. Lol
