thats a bit negative. The usual outcome is for the sp to move once the first patient is dosed. These guys can see , using u/s and ct scans, the change in the retina after 6 months. So at that point the sp will go nuts. But, also there will be anticipatory build up and sellers will dry up as filing time gets closer. I’d say august or sept will see the sentiment change, AT THE LATEST.
