The webinar was slated towards the technical aspects of the project, although he did spend some time discussing the feasibility and business aspects of it. It seemed to me that although it was full of information, none of it was new. It appeared to be more like more of a practice run for the presentation he will be giving in the UK this week (which I figure is the same PowerPoint)
The only argument I can make in his favor at the moment is that the webinar was a week ago, and a significant amount can change in a week. I don't believe he would be outright deceitful, more along the lines of he presented the information he had at the time.
