A $450Mil market cap and beyond will happen soon enough once we get some clarity on the Finance/Equity issues imo - most sellers don't appear willing to part with their shares at these cheap bid prices knowing that good news is on the horizon.
Anyone bailing out at this stage of the game is goofy- patience is still the key!
