There you have it Wotsup, Jesus pre-existed in heaven and came forth from the Father.

Pre-existed in the mind and plans of God
The Jesus to be was the first of God's plan, hence in that context, Jesus is the firstborn of Creation Col 1:15 and the beginning of the creation of God Rev 3:14.
Your creations begin in you.

Came forth, out from God;

Isa 55:8...... For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith Yahweh.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Words, forth, out from God to the Angel, to Mary, hence conception and the once Jesus to be was born.
There is the context in which Jesus came forth, out from God (Yahweh). (Eph 3:9)
