    Do we see directors buying on market..? No.
    Do we see a presentation advertising the company.. No.
    There is a distinct smell about this company.
    I can't suggest why, but ultimately a market cap at $17 with double that in cash, makes no sense unless there are huge cost blow outs the firm is hiding.
