Agree with that after I got caught out a couple of times when I started investing. A big ann happens. People go fomo panic buying. Stock rises, but the majority of the time falls from its peak and you end up missing out on some extra shares you could have had.
I didn't look at the markets this morning as I knew it would be bad in the first hour, then slightly recover as it 'usually' does
