There has been amazing progress. Unfortunately you mis-understood the brief back in 2011, as the industry now clearly knows a REO production start up - takes a decade to research, develop, prove product via pilot plant for customers, and then FEED it up for FID (with ECA's, and private lenders etc)..

Refer notices in 2015, and surrounding years, change of course, to improve outcome, licensing, native owner approvals, admission to professional bodies, government approvals (environment, water etc), government grants, and loans...it has been an EPIC undertaking, and an amazing amount of work...its not finished, but Gavin Lockyer in his next career move, will earn himself a small fortune having pulled this off..

I got in 2 or so years ago, once most of these items were complete, and have been very impressed with the professional and methodical approach of this management and board to meet timelines.
