Of course it's relevant - if you don't know what is a 'risk' and what isn't, you're just making unsubstantiated assertions in your posts. That's against forum rules 'Doc'. Why don't you know anything about hospital litigation risks, at least?

Your response indicates you just don't care enough about your own 'hospital''s litigation risk to even ask someone a question & be informed. That is a worry. And yet you're very happy to pontificate and speculate on Mesoblast Ltd's thread (as a non-holder) about the significance of a litigation announcement by an ASX-listed company i.e. Mesoblast Ltd.

I mean, for goodness sake, you said this morning:

Are you seriously advocating for Mesoblast Ltd to seek to involve itself in more litigation? You see 'Doc'. Not genuinely connected with Mesoblast Ltd. You say to the forum you're just 'saving mums and dads' from bad risks with Mesoblast Ltd, but you dont even know (much less comprehend) the litigation risks that your very own 'hospital' organisation takes on every day of the year. Or how they deal with those risks.

Or how significant those risks are in any real economic sense. Why don't you learn what litigation risk is before posting on HC:MSB about litigation risk?
