the structural deficit the Morrison mob has created, by reducing revenues from income tax they are relying on IO and coal prices being elevated to keep the economy cash flow +ve. but the Morrison structural deficit is far bigger than Howard's budget used and so it will, of course, take a lot of reform to return the budget to a structural surplus.
and this is without addressing the time bombs.
In sum, the Economic problems the next Gov will face are the legacy of the Morrison mob.
