Anyone who views renewable energy as the 'only' choice towards a 'green' future is automatically disqualified from being taken seriously in my humble (maybe not so humble) opinion.
The so-called greenies, never graduated from the sandbox of idealism, to the real world.
Would it be great if we could run off renewable energy only? Sure, but the reality is the technology is not there to support that type of requirement.
Whilst they (greenies) aren't alone in this, they seem to be the most recognised when it comes to setting a goal, and have no idea how to actually achieve it, as well as how to FUND it. They take the route of 'all care, no responsibility'.
I'm looking forward to when greenies finally admit that we need nuclear as an option going forward.
