Forgive my possible ignorance or lack of contextual understanding of the article, but does it appear that the Indonesian government is slowing/ halting it's tin exports?
For some sort of ESG development??

If so, what will be used as the primary metal in place of tin in solder?

OR, is it a form of protectionism against forward contracting, where very limited tonnage might be sold at spot, especially if supply chains suffer distribution pressures?

Again, I might misunderstand the nuances completely, bit on the surface it does APPEAR to be somewhat advantageous for it's Southern Ocean neighbour?
