Listen mate I don't think the government owning 40% of peoples property is actually good policy. It's not good for them and it certainly ain't good fo the taxpayer. So as a taxpayer why should I own 40% of your chosen house? Explain that one. If you can't afford a house perhaps you shouldn't own one. So you also gonna buy half my car too when we can't afford that too?
