This has been one of my points as what AGL present is quite misleading :
Yabulu Power Station is owned by RATCH Group - AGL only has an off-take agreement. Moranbah Gas Project is owned by ARROW Energy 50:50 Royal Dutch Shell & Petro China. Newcastle Gas and Silver Springs are both targeted for sale in the 2021/22 Fiscal year.Liddell Power Station is facing full closure by April 2023. The Camden Gas Projects/Fields are facing full closure by 2023. Oaklands Hill Windfarm is not owned by AGL. The Macarthur Wind Farms are not owned by AGL. Wattle Point Wind Farm is not owned by AGL. Hallet Wind Farms are not owned by AGL.
AGL is currently buying a lot of it's supposed Generation thru Off-take Agreements that are significantly higher than current or predicted market prices.
Lastly AGL omitted in it's Scheme Booklet the cost of Loy Yang A Rehabilitation which is currently 1.5 Billion and rising.
