In my mind, to be fair, the driver is only partly to blame here. On-balance I think CE is best suited to a Chief Geologist position within HCH where he can still explore, ad infinitum, at the discretion of the CEO and board who are of course beholden to shareholders.
Still need to find a suitable and capable CEO if such a proposition is to move forward!
