    I tend to agree with the market here and posters, the share price yesterday is reflecting no direction of returning money to shareholders via dividend.

    Other than that the profit was reasonable and increased NTA per share.

    so part of me thinks I would rather be buying or holding AAC than tech stocks or even Bitcoin as it is so safe, underpinned by land price.

    Another part of me thinks board raises the white flag and liquidate operation and returns capital to shareholders, or even lease out farms to others.

    And another part of me thinks the company should buy more large holdings in another part of Australia to spread seasonal risk ( NSW or Victoria), and operate as a increasing land bank.

    at this stage the only attractive part of AAC for me is buying shares at a good discount to NTA, in land that is unlikely to go down in price
