Ive done some research on Koch and they employ circa 170k people world wide with revenue of around $115 billion PA.
They have a tendency to take a position in companies they have major contracts with.Just recently they took a 50% interest in a pot ash fertilizer the had a off tske agreement with.
As a private listed company some information is hard to come by.
They have a world wide footprint & a very healthy presence on the east coast of Australia.
its looking very good STX & project Haber moving forward.
Expect a tonnage out put upgrade from STX.
