We are learning that clinics, even in low regulatory markets, want in vivo, not just in vitro data ie they want to know how well the device works clinically in using the sperm sorted by our Felix device to make embryos. That is what the Coimbatore site did with a small number of patients, but the data was not published. We do not have published papers about the in vivo performance of the Felix device yet. Certainly, when we complete the clinical trial with Monash IVF we will have that data, however that will take a while. We are working on ways to accelerate the process of capturing in vivo data and we are also boosting sales efforts, including hiring a sales manager who will be focussed on sales. wouldn't it have been commercially sensible (imperative?) when giving KOLs free units to trial, that mgt would have ensured there was some obligation on part of KOLs to at least advise MEM of any trial results and grant persmission for MEM to report/publish?
