Well I guess positive is they will be well funded, however expect the price to go to 4.7, as holders try to take profits on the shares they have now and rebuy what they sold (cheaper) with SPP.
It is nice in theory, but in practice if everyone did this you wouldn't get your full allocation at the cheaper price and would then have to buy back on market at whatever price the market demands.
Makes it a bit of a pointless exercise for a small arb.
