ASIC Commences Proceedings Against ISX and JK, page-2377

I do agree that ASX is in this situation because it abolished the appeals tribunal (without consultation with companies listed on ASX). But, I have had one company that went through the appeals tribunal with no movement on ASX's decision.

I personally am glad that the appeals tribunal does not exist, because I have no confidence that ASX would have treated ISX any more fairly than they have to date - and we all know how fair that has been. I am personally glad that ISX took ASX to court. I am hoping for real change to occur as a result of this.
