I have no problem with the board dealing with the MD, but they haven't yet. Perhaps they should sack some other people in the organisation who are responsible for various tasks .... perhaps scotts biggest problem is that he cannot sack people. If you have run a business this is a big issue. I have no idea how many commentators have actually run a business, moderately small (10 employees) to medium, or whether they are have no experience.
