western Europe is Russia's biggest trading partner nad has the convenience of being close ...and it's being phased out
some countries wiill still find Russia a convenient trading partner but losses are huge for Russia
amazing that he misread this situation so badly
maybe no adviser willing to tell him things he doesn't want to hear
