Hey, I didn't recommend that. I simply pointed out that what the ATO says, in its Rulings for instance, is not the law in all cases. The law in any particular set of circumstances can be what a Tribunal or Court says, taking into account what precedents exist. I have personal experience of this, though I don't intend to disclose the circumstances.
