WOW taking over MYD. They're paying revenue x4.7, not revenue x38 that DW8 paid for Kaddy. Another metric was 0.9 x GMV paid for the takeover of 80% so valuing MYD at GMV x 1.125.

So Kaddy's $900k revenue x 4.7 = $4.23M valuation when acquired using similar revenue metrics & $18M GMV x 1.125 = $20.25M valuation using similar GMV metric. So best case Kaddy was worth about 59% of price paid by DW8.
