    Hi Tree
I think you are being a bit tough on both DW and BG.

DW is not a new-bee - “Dave has been involved with Hawsons for almost 18 months now, most recently as a member
of our Advisory Committee appointed earlier this year to provide the Board with strategic
advice on the progress and quality of our BFS,”

Separating out the CEO and Chair of the Board is normal corporate practice. How many top ASX companies have them combined??

The Board (led by the Chair) are there for Governance and Strategy and BG is still on the Board so still has a seat at that table.

The next six months will get to the pointy end of the BFS and bringing all the components together, (mining plans, procurement, Govt relations, other stakeholders, environmental impacts, offtakes, marketing, funding, investor relations, piplines, ports, etc etc.) for the right outcome for us, the shareholders will be extremely complex. It is critical that the BFS positively brings all those components together so that we get approved and funded to start mining.

I for one am glad he can focus on that as it is the BFS that will have the single biggest impact on shareholder value!
