There is no shift globally whatsever to reduce carbon emmissions in China, Russia, Sth Amercia, Africa, Europe and India ( they add up to 70% and growing). China and India building 1200 new coal fired power plants this year. Australia with 1.3% emissions is irrelevent as China has already done that in 3 months. China was 25% Jan 2021 now 30%.
Now Europe is being forced to cancel Russian gas/coal ....Germany, UK et al are firing up the coal plants and the Nuclear plants. Only this country, Australia, the hysterical idiots are wanting to ramp up carbon reduction so China can spew out more more to grow there economies and power. Total nutters in this country.
