So, the bottom line is I think that neither the administrative appeals tribunal or the federal court will overturn the decisions. The blame squarely lies at the feet of Advent who failed to maintain a permit in good standing (I refuse to accept the notion that since it is "suspended" it remains in good standing). The company tried to tell us it was in good standing, however Scott Morrison told us exactly what was in breach of the rules.
