Given the bubble has moved into the outer suburbs and regions, where exactly is that. That is exactly what cause the bubble to move into previously "affordable" areas. Then there is the little thing of needing a job within range of you "affordable" house. Homelessness up 20% over 4 years.
Hopefully the new Gov will not continue pumping air in the bubble with stupid policies selling out future generations. The bubble can then be allowed to naturally correct (if not burst) by means of inflation, higher interest rates, lower housing prices. Will be much pain for a few (let the buyer beware) for the advantage of future and current generations.
It is the single greatest crisis and challenge Australia faces currently and into the future. Unless you want a feudalist system of course.
