not knowing the put price and or period--
very hard to understand why a writer would sell those puts
with a split occurring..
Unless those puts are set to expire before the end of business tomorrow.
and the writer is betting demand for BHP would of triggered a share price increase above the strike price.
Personally - I stay well away from Options--dangerous beasts lol
