At least this is now cleared and done with... or is this not clear enough still for the people who wish to disrupt.
I will emphasize ON SITE for those who missed this understanding, that means they intend to build out the carbonate plant that exists ON SITE.
This will be yet another DFS and separate NPV.
I wish the whole thing would have been placed into 1 integrated DFS like they had discussed, however maybe this changed after LP argued if they did that they needed to submit all 4 projects (Tansim, NAL, Authier & carbonate plant ) as one project for BAPE. If they had gone this route and LP won the argument it would have set them back a few years... maybe they did not want to take that chance. Just a thought.
about the 167,000 tpa number ... just curious if this has anything to do with it.
We planned 167,000 tpa but we actually produced way more. Hmm - more food for thought.
