I suppose it depends on how radical the legislation is. It wouldn't surprise me that the Greens would not only want to pass that all new oil, gas and coal exploration and development is stopped, but also possibly capping production for existing wells and mines.
Not trying to scare people but this is my belief.
On the macro level though, EU embargo on Russian Oil and Gas would certainly support rising prices.
